Winding Hollow neighborhood – I recently had the pleasure of representing a wonderful couple who were relocated to Naples, FL in listing their home and getting it sold for them. I’m excited to report that I had their beautiful home sold in less than 2 days and for the highest price per square foot that has been had in their neighborhood since Sept. 23, 2009. This home sold to a couple relocating from Michigan whose friend was on my Facebook page who called and told them about it the evening I listed and placed it on FB. How about that for marketing skills and social media! This home had 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, pool and spa, gorgeous water view and sold for $290,000.
