Check out my New Real Estate Websites

I have just joined Craig Proctor's Quantum Leap program. This program is designed for Realtors and helps them give their clients better customer service.

Over my 20+ years in Real Estate, the one thing I have learned is that people, buyers and sellers, don't want to be sold. Our homes are, typically, the most expensive item we purchased. Most of us don't want a pushy Realtor telling us what we should buy. This is the very reason, I have a new website. I want to be able to provide past, present and current clients of mine a place where they can get the information they need regarding buying or selling their homes. I refuse to be that "pushy" realtor constantly calling or emailing. I want you to go to my website get the information you need without fear of me hounding you everyday or week. I will be spending my time with my current clients who need my immediate help. Then, when you are ready to buy or sell, you can feel confident that you will have my full attention to focus on your needs.

Check out www.julieboydelrod.com. Let me know what you think.

Of course, if you need to reach me you can call me at 407-420-9004 or email me at julie@moving2orlando.com.

WARNING: Extra Costs to Budget for when Buying a Home

Orlando-Whether you're looking to buy your first
home, or trading up to a larger one, there are many
costs - on top of the purchase price - that you must
figure into your calculation of affordability. These
extra fees, such as taxes and other additional costs,
could surprise you with an unwanted financial
nightmare on closing day if you're not informed and
prepared.

Some of these costs are one-time fixed payments,
while others represent an ongoing monthly or yearly
commitment. While not all of these costs will apply in
every situation, it's better to know about them ahead
of time so you can budget properly.
Remember, buying a home is a major milestone,
and whether it's your first, second or tenth, there are
many small but important details, not to mention
stress and excitement, to deal with during the
process. The last thing you need are unbudgeted
financial obligations in the hours before you take
possession of your new home.

To help homebuyers understand what these extra
costs are, and in what situations they may apply, a
free industry report has been prepared called "13
Extra Costs to Be Aware of Before Buying a Home."
To hear a brief pre-recorded message about
how to order your free copy of this report, call
800-381-3306 and enter 1014. You can call any
time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call now to
make sure you're budgeting properly for your
next move.
